The Aspen Haus Cabins & Suites are located near the entrance of Denali National Park, Alaska. Two hundred thirty miles north of Anchorage lies the sole road which allows vehicular access to the six million acre park. Home to Mount McKinley (Denali), North America's tallest mountain, an abundance of wildlife, vegetation and vistas, Denali Park hosts thousands of visitors from all ends of the world each summer.

Your hosts at Aspen Haus are Ann Marie Boniakowski-Lowery and Ted Lowery.

Ann Marie is a native of New Jersey and came to Denali in 1989 to manage the employee dining room for 176 employees at a local resort. She has traveled extensively and worked abroad including a year on the S.Y. Sea Cloud, the largest passenger sailing vessel in the world, cooked in restaurants in Puerto Rico and St. John, USVI, managed and cooked for the Wooden Boat school in Brooklin, Maine as well as a private cook in Sante Fe, New Mexico. Ann Marie can sometimes be found singing in the local hot spots.

Healy Alaska Bed and Breakfast Ted grew up in Iowa and soon moved to Montana. After a few years in Montana and Colorado, he moved to Alaska. Ted has driven tour buses in Denali Park, worked on NPS trail crews, local construction, and built our house. These experiences and the benefits of being a private pilot, keep the thrill of living near North America's tallest mountain alive. Ted and Ann Marie have two children, Isabel and Dylan . Both were born in Fairbanks and get a charge out of the midnight sun!

Aspen Haus is located in the town of Healy which is 12 miles north of the park entrance. It is situated on 3.5 acres with a separate driveway to the cabins. Our cabins sit nestled in the tundra, each with a view of the Alaska Range and the comfortable necessities for the Denali visitor. (Private bath, queen beds, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot are in each cabin. ) A tasty breakfast of homemade baked goods, cereals, juices, coffee/tea, milk and hot chocolate are provided for you to enjoy on your schedule.

Lodging rate is discounted for booking of two or more nights one night 2 or more nights
Kitchenette suite have a private bath, small fridge, 2 burner stove, coffee maker, microwave,toaster, and a small table. Breakfast foods are stocked in suites each day. Cereal, juice, coffee, teas and homemade baked goods are included in the rate. These two units are located on the second floor providing a great view. (maximun 4 guests)
The Southview suite has one queen and 2 twins (max. 4 guests)
Northview suite has one queen and 1 twin (max is 3)
